I was searching the internet for a place close to home that services Mercedes with good reviews. I got in right away and couldn’t be more pleased with everything from the work done to the employees. I wasn't pressured into repairs that were not needed, in fact, I was told that my filters did not need replaced. This will be my new place!

We have been customers of CARS for several years. Jeremy and his team have won and kept our business with their honesty and excellent service. Example: A few years ago, I was looking for a ‘new-to-me’ car. Each time I found one I thought might work, I would bring it to Jeremy to have him run diagnostics. He saved me so many headaches! From letting me know what issues the car had (aka, more money to get it running right) to checking the CarFax with the actual state of the vehicle, he was patient and thorough. I knew I had the right one when he gave me the thumbs up and told me to buy it! And yes, it has been a great car! A shop with less integrity could have taken advantage of the situation and put me in a vehicle that would need many repairs. This is just one instance of Jeremy caring about building long term relationships and truly being a man of integrity vs. making a quick buck. Thank you Jeremy, it is a pleasure to be one of your many satisfied customers.

We were expecting about a week’s worth of service needed after dropping off our vehicle on a Thursday afternoon. The tech told us they needed to pick up a part on Monday so I agreed that we could wait a week (my expectation). They called on Monday afternoon to say everything was complete and we were pleasantly shocked and appreciative of such fast, quality service! Very friendly service and educational on the issues going on with our car. Looking forward to using Corcoran’s for our service needs again in the future!

I brought my wife's vehicle to C.A.R.S. for brakes. I was presented with several different options and no one was pushy about getting work done. The work was done timely and their pricing was fair amongst other quotes I received. I brought my Buick in last the week for a fluid leak concern. The issue was diagnosed quickly and I had my car back the same day. They complete quality work here at a fair price with friendly customer service.

I scheduled an appointment for my brakes and rotors online but I didn't receive a confirmation. Roughly an hour later, I ended up calling the location and confirmed my appointment. Next day I went to the location and got the vehicle checked in but for something that usually takes 2 hours on average, I was kept there for nearly 4 hours. Given the amount of time the service took, I assumed they performed other services or condition checkups as well so I could potentially service my vehicle in near future. unfortunately that wasnt the case, I was unprofessionally handed the paper to sign for the services and it barely had any details on what type of rotors or brakes that were used. Initially I didn't want to leave a review but I've been receiving emails from Jeremy asking me to leave a 5 star review. If any business is going to ask for a top notch review, they better had done the part to deserve it.
